Congratulations to Sandra Giles, our CECA Foundation Winner.
π A Quiet Hero at 3AM β Celebrating the Heart of a CNA π
Not all heroes wear capes β some quietly enter a room at midnight, pull back the sheets, and gently adjust an elbow so it rests comfortably on the railing.
Congratulations to our Ceca Foundation winner, Sandra Giles.
“She comes in at 12am and helps me put my mask on. She always says goodbye and tells me, βSee you in the morning.β
She returns at 3am, just like I want her to, with water and care β just the way she knows I prefer it.
I think all CNAs could take a page out of her playbook. Sheβs one of the best.”
This is the essence of what CNAs do β not just tasks, but human connection. Quiet, consistent, compassionate care that brings comfort and dignity to every shift, every hour, even in the middle of the night.
To Sandra β and to every CNA who shows up with this level of heart β thank you.
