Since joining The Virginia Home in 2018, Rowe has been known for her compassion, dependability, and unwavering commitment to residents and families. She not only cares for those assigned to her, but frequently checks on others throughout the floor, ensuring everyone feels valued and supported.
One resident’s mother shared:
“Rowe is the most caring CNA I have ever met. She provides care with love and empathy. Unless you have a loved one fully dependent on others, you cannot understand the relief of knowing they are in such good hands.”
Rowe is also a mentor to new CNAs and a trusted team member who brings positivity, attention to detail, and genuine kindness to every shift.
